I "cheat" with about 100-125g of unsweetened koha with about 1.5-2tbsp of Ghee and it typically spikes about 10-15 points

@RakeshRao I see that you are around 5'10 and around 64kg iirc. If you dont mind me asking how old are you, what is your waist size and hip size. Are you usually mobile/sedentary in your work and what kind of exercise do you do. Just curious as even at 2000-2500 calories it should be every satieating. Keep in mind, more than a 0.5 kg of lbm a month without exogenous hormones is highly unlikely irrespective of age, activity etc unless there was severe muscle loss earlier in which case it can be about 2kg for the first month, 1kg in the second month and then goes from there at the rate of about 0.5 kg a month.

If drinking in that much quantity, why not use milk cream?
Just take 100/200 gm milk cream...add water in mixie and get 500 ml ...you can use this "low lactose jugaad" for coffee...

I tried twice by getting Amul Fresh cream tetra-pack. Couldn't get used to it :)

A ~120 ml cup has 50:50 milk and water. 8 to 10 cups a day makes it 500 ml milk.
    Curd is in addition :)

I also tried with Amul cream but didn't like it much. Cream coffee is nowhere comparable to full milk coffee. MPO.

Milk carb is 4.8 in 100 ml So it may not spike possible Together with 3.3 of protein 3.6 of fat also. Some protein powder also prepared by using Milk
    .
@Anup Singh You are used 500 ml of Milk so your carb is 24 gm in only from Milk and you may not necessary further carbs except vegetables.
It is also a great one even 500 ml of milk consuming it may not spike.
Generally in olden days Hospitals had given 1litre of Milk for inpatient 250 ml morning 500 ml in lunch 250 ml in night only without meals.
Inaddition to this 1/2 pound bread only in entire day.
