    What should be minimum water intake 2 lit or 3 lit?

    Your body tells you when you need water and how much you need. 3-4 ltr/day is sufficient IMO.

    There are many apps/websites that will calculate it for you according to your BMI etc etc..
    I was suggested to take luke warm water to avoid constipation while switching to LCHF. I will suggest the same to you..not always but whenever you can..

    Simple method you can consume water to be
    1 Early morning wake up one glass ( 250 ML ) 2 glass ( 500 ML
    or 250 Ml water after 10 minutes gap Karela+ Jamun juice+ Amla+ Aloevera Juice + 1 or 2 lemon each 20 ML mixed with 150or 200 Ml of water and consume.
    given gap one hour donot consume either hard food or liquid food coffee or tea or even water also.
    2 After 1 Hour take 250 ml of water given gap 10 minutes and you may take coffee or tea.3 Before going bath take 200 Mlof water.
    Before starting breakfast consume150- 200 Ml of water
    3 Before 20 minutes of lunch 250 Ml of water
    3 before 20 minutes of dinner 200 ml of water
    4 In between breakfast or lunch or dinner you may consume 150-200 Ml og water if necessary .

    My thumb rule absed on "observations"
    • Urine color should be clear unless taking Vit B complex.
    • Stool consistency should not be "lose". Once you over do on water, you will find stool consistency getting bad. So, this is one factor that is good to watch. Constipation -- increase water.

    During summer, can drink upto five litres, including juices.
