    Thankfully the biggest muscle gains were in the core, i.e Legs and Trunks. Surprisingly the biggest and only fat loss was in the trunks and the gain was in the legs and arms, both of which have also become very strong. Clearly a gain of almost 647g is quite a bit, but not sure why there is so much fat gain too.

    It happened with me as well..the bigbazaar in GIP mall in Noida is quite big and has a dedicated counter for dry fruits...once I went there and the person showed me some 5-6 types of almonds and its some time 2 years back...I asked him whats the difference as all were labelled as California ones...but the price was ranging from Rs 700/kg to 2000/kg.... he told its based on the %tage of oil extracted...I was just surprised and asked him details...he said.. with new techniques..without pressing the nuts, the %tage of oil can be extracted and accordingly it gets the final price....he gave me two almonds to taste..one from 700 range and one from some 2000 range ...and I could easily distinguish huge difference in almond flavour in them with later one having far better taste and nuttiness....as per him 700 range almonds had any thing from 20-30% oil left only...the best ones are the mamra almonds...

    I myself tried some other varieties apart from California ones and found Gurbandi almonds also good...with small size and better flavour..

    IIRC, higher 70s when am fasting > 48 hours and 80s normally with just IF. But mostly last month its between 85-95.

    FBS: 81 Ketones: 0.4

    BCAA: 10g

    1:40 pm : BS: 75 Ketones: 1.1

    2*3 egg masala cheese omlette

    5:00pm: 30g Whey , half coconut as pieces

    7:00pm: 10g BCAA

    Good lower body workout including deadlifts and rows

    9:10pm : BS: 82

    snake gourd sauteed in Coconut oil, ridge gourd coconut kootu , hung curd 40g

    Notes:
    ---------

    - I am trying to avoid Whey after 7 pm and actually wanted to take Micellar protein post workout, but having almost met protein requirements and having home food high in greens and coconut that was satiating, decided to drop it

    -I will be hitting gym one last time this Sunday morning before I begin my 10 day deconditioning to coincide with work related travel

    -I am considering protein intake a little or calorie cycling a little to see if I can get some fatloss

    BCAA: 10g

    1:40 pm : Avial , bottle gourd w/coconut in coconut oil, hung curd

    3:45 pm : BS: 83

    4:10: 75g nuts

    6:10 pm : RBS: 79

    7:45 pm : Home made green salad w/ feta cheese + grated cheese , 45g protein custard (Whey + Micellar + Egg + Gelatin , 1.5 tbsp amul cream, 100 ml coconut milk)

    RBS: 10:40pm :108


    Notes:
    ---------

    -The whey must have caused the spike , but its okay as I intentionally loaded protein as its the last meal before the Ekadashi fast for tomorrow

    - Tomorrow will just be two black coffee with coconut milk and 30g of BCAA (Morning/Evening/Night)

    - I travel late tomorrow night/ early Monday morning on work and will be traveling for next 10 days

    -Tomorrow night / Monday morning will be a 26 hour flight to the West Coast of the US. They will serve breakfast twice on two legs of the flight and both of which will have eggs and I will have. The next meal I will skip. Last 12 hours will be IF with just BPC and nuts if available

    8am : Upper body workout including bench press

    10:20 am : RBS:87

    2:15 pm : RBS:69 Ketones: 1.1

    BCAA: 15g

    4:40pm : RBS: 64

    6:40pm: RBS:67 Ketones: 1.4

    10:30pm: BCAA:15g

    11 pm: RBS:66

    Notes:
    ---------

    -Increased the BCAA dosage today to 15g and thrice a day as I will be awake all night most likely

    - Had 3 black coffee + Coconut Milk during the day

    -It will be interesting to see how the BS varies without sleep and I will check again at 2AM and 4-5AM

    -Fasting puts me in deeper Keto which leads me to not be sleepy, plus the coffee and caffeine too. Might be a good tool to use selectively, without the cost and hype of expensive nootropics

    In this they have added artificial sugars called Sucralose..Is that okay to take?
