If you will be strictly on LCHF and follow all the suggestions given above along MF 1 gm your FBS will controlled soon.
After your FBS comes below 90, then you may taper down your MF dose.

    Hello All,

What will be the result if we are not consuming enough fat (in LCHF diet)?
Especially in the readings of sugar and cholesterol.

Sugar --> no impact, in fact I would wager enough fats is essential to keep the metabolism revving or keep cycling calories and fats lest the metabolism doesnt slow down. Exception being very strict low carb/ keto where there will be no cravings and body will burn its own fat

CHOL--> All values will go up including TG unless it is very high to start with, in which case it will go down. But that is temporary in two phases. Phase 1 - 4-21 days till your body learns to utilize fat

Phase 2 - Afterwards when you are losing weight

When the weight stabilizes, the values will drop to below the original values rather quickly.

Keep in mind the serum CHOL varies all the time and can be significantly manipulated with diet (~15-25%) in about 3-3.5 days.

    Thank you @Vinay Raj,

But I couldn't get in to the exact science behind this.
Can anybody suggest a book detailing all these in simple terms?

    Hi @arun kumar
I have increased my MF dose to 1g as advised by you.
Today my FBS at 6:30AM is 117.
After 1hr. of meditation and light breathing exercises FBS spikes to 143 at 7:30AM.
Can we determine correctly at what time the BS level comes to its maximum level due to dawn effect?
Can I take MF early morning to reduce this high BS level?
Anyway this high level is not good whether it is due to dawn effect or not.
Now I have doubt that dawn phenomena is dominant in LCHF.
Before practicing LCHF, I hadn't found this much high FBS reading.
    Please discuss.

No, on LCHF rather you will have positive effect on BS. It's due to increasing IR.
Between 6 AM to 8 AM, it's depends on your waking time.
Exercise will increase BS, because your body needs more energy so liver increases glucose dump. This is normal physiology of liver.
So don't worry, once your liver contains nil or very less glycogen then dumping will be very less and no increase in BS after exercise.
Taking MF in morning will not help, as MF will delays the absorption of carbs, no carbs no action of MF.
But MF reduces IR also so after prolong use of MF when IR will reduce affect of liver dumping will be less.

On prolong use of MF, it will reduce your insulin resistance and when your IR will be reduced, glucose dump by liver in morning will be utilized by cells so there will be less spike of BS due to dawn phenomena or after exercise.
