    hmmmmm.....
    Lipase - Wikipedia
Lipases perform essential roles in the digestion, transport and processing of dietary lipids (e.g. triglycerides, fats, oils) in most, if not all, living organisms. Genes encoding lipases are even present in certain viruses.[2][3]
Most lipases act at a specific position on the glycerol backbone of a lipid substrate (A1, A2 or A3)(small intestine). For example, human pancreatic lipase (HPL),[4] which is the main enzyme that breaks down dietary fats in the human digestive system, converts triglyceride substrates found in ingested oils to monoglycerides and two fatty acids.

The Key Disease-Fighting Role of Lipase

    Weight Loss

Research has shown that lipase could be complimentary to weight loss since it breaks down fat that is in the body. A few years ago, scientists were able to manipulate lipase and triple its power by flipping on a molecular “switch” that turns the enzyme on and off. They actually succeeded in making lipase enzymes work three times harder, increasing fat digestion from 15 percent to 45 percent of the time. (11)

This scientific discovery published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society could really help people struggling with obesity and serious related health problems like heart problems and diabetes. Additionally, knowing about and being able to manipulate this enzymatic “ignition switch” seems like it will work for all enzymes. If scientists are able to figure out how to turn enzymes on and off, then there could potentially be a way to help or even cure all kinds of health conditions involving enzymatic activity. (12)

IIRC, @AbhishekAgarwal had reported higher lipase. Hope my memory serves me right. Not sure how the levels are now.

Bhai...I think our reports say many things... we just ignore them...IMHO everything in report has got importance..Or else why are shelling money for such useless piece of paper???
Only Hba1c is not important... over all health is most important...
Earlier I talked about SGPT SGOT... then BUN as liver health marker...and this one ...
I think bhai we need to read reports more carefully..and chalk the strategy accordingly....

So continue ALA for few years, as long as thyroid is normal.

Your readings are great. Perhaps you can look at tapering dose.

    Thanks
Please advise to taper the dose by taking MF250 in morning and night or only MF500 SR in night

I would say cut out morning dose and keep 500mg night dose intact.
But, @arun kumar would be in a better position to advise.

    Good readings.
I advise wait for few more days, before discontinue morning dose of MF.
MF is safest drug among all antihyperglycemic drugs.
If you get similar reading for month then you may discontinue morning dose.
