    Hello @Swathi
You should be afraid of rice and not have fear for cheese , butter or vco
    It's grade 2 fatty liver

So will need some boost up
NAC and silymarin will be needed
@arun kumar and @Asp will guide best

Take all foods which will help the liver
    All bitters like karela etc
Amla . Lemon . Spinach. All are liver healing
Low carb will hasten the recovery

    FATS ARE GOOD FOR YOU
The word “Fat’ and “Dietary Fat” has always had bad reputation and much of this is through misinformation and misperceptions that “Fats” will make you Fat. But we people need to now know is that it isn’t the fats making us fat, it is actually the refined carbohydrates, grains and sugars making us fat. We need people to start forgetting what you’ve heard about it affects the body and old information that has been handed around, because studies now show that fat, including saturated fats isn’t as unhealthy as we thought. Fats are actually a needed part of our diet and they are actually good for you. We also need fats to make all of our hormones too.

@Swathi Godspeed to good health !! Eat fat to burn fat. You might not be getting enough calories and hence the problem. Cut the rice and up the diary with paneer/hung curd etc etc. I observed the "pillayar suzhi" on the my latest reports and that indicates certainly the good start to best health. Good luck !

Take all supplements as mentioned by @Asp and take silymarin 140 mg TID, in combination with lecithin.
Stop all grains and switch ti saturated fats like ghee, butter, VCO, cheese etc.
Meal should be prepared in VCO or ghee or butter, don't use any hydrogenated seed oil.

@Swathi this is a journey and way of life and once we start there is no end till we end. Hence there is no achievements. If anything, that just shows my desperateness to hold onto something that works, for a lifelong problem (obesity) that has led to numerous other problems, all of which this way of life has now shown is possible to either stop progesss or regress or eliminate. Food and No Food (fasting) is my major medicine. Good luck and Godspeed !

It is enlarged liver, some time asymptomatic.
There are various causes - hepatitis, alcohol, congestive heart failure, cirrhosis, liver cancer and many others.
Dis you have hepatitis B virus vaccine?
In case of hepatomegaly you need for further investigation.
For low creatinin increase your protein intake.
Low MCV and MCH indicates that your RBC is smaller it may be due to deficiency of Iron, Vit B 12 or folic acid, these are haemopoetic factors and crucial for normal formation of erythrocytes (RBC).

If it was hepatits B virus vaccine then B virus infection may not be possible (though in isolated cases even after vaccination chances of infection are possible).
    You should consult gastroenterologist.
