I have only seen 70s(77) once when I was injecting insulin. The lowest I have seen without insulin is 83 after a 2 hour gym session. I dont remember my FBS ever in 80s. Maybe Generally it was in 92-96 range when I was dong 16:8 fasting with lot of strength training. Maybe the beta cells are too damaged. Now a days FBS has crept up to 105-110 range as strength training has completely stopped since last two months.

As of now.I am not planning to do a more than 40 hour fast. The plan is to do a 40 hour fast Sun-Tue and a 24 hour on Thursdays-Fri every week and 16-8 fast on remaining days.

@Gautam20 if that is what you intend to do, may I suggest that you do the 24 hour on Thursday-Friday to Saturday and wednesday around the fast and a 16:8 other times as ArunKumar has suggested. Essentially have the OMAD's before and after or before or after the fast. I believe that might have better benefits. This is just from my personal experience.

@Vinay Raj What's the funda here? wrt vco and coconut milk.
I can see that coconut milk will be tastier, but biowise what's the funda behind adding coconut milk to a regimen that already includes vco?
    Thanks

Just taste. Coconut milk +traditional decoction tastes almost like filter coffee.

Had a little cheat lunch today. 2 pooris, malai paneer, about 100 gms of rajma and karela sabji. 2 hour ppbs 114. Been on LC diet for close to 10 months now. Appear to be handling carb a little better than before. Tomorrow will observe my weekly 36 hour fast.

I think then Coffee may not sufficient hot to the body.

In my houses milk to be heated and decoction to be added and heat sometime . So Coffee to be very hot and it has same temperature until glass of coffe to be complete consumed.
BTW we used Filter Coffee and Cow milk and not used Coconut milk

@papanna usually at home they use stainless steel tumbler and dabara for filter coffee, I use a mug. For both first some water is boiled and then the tumbler/dabara/mug is rinsed in boiling hot water. Then more water is boiled, by which time the mug/tumbler/dabara will be hot and then that water is discarded and then decoction and coconut milk poured in the mug in my case with boiling water and I take it. At home they pour decoction, hot streaming milk and mix the same. We never boil/heat the decoction and even with Coconut milk coffee is hot as the mug is already hot. Yeah boiling water twice rinsing etc is painful, but then its filter coffee :)
