It entirely depends on your overall diet plan, routine, exercise and medication also I think......I eat cheese regularly in good quantity as a topping on my vegetables in dinner and my weight is still dropping...but I am also fasting almost everyday too...just FYI

@nirupama, cheese alone will not increase the weight. Cheese + carbs - it's a good combination for increasing weight :)

It's a small fluctuation and it's normal, no need to be concerned about it. If your weight shoots up 3 kilos or more, then you should worry and take corrective measures.

    Good numbers (y)

One more thing you will notice is that your body weight generally fluctuates throughout the day by up to +/- 1 Kg.......Try weighing yourself at different times (depending on what you eat, drink, even clothes, belt, shoes you wear) and you will find weight going up or down......Best way to gauge weight loss is to weigh oneself at the same time in the same/ similar dress each day....I usually weigh myself first thing after I wake up or immediately after taking bath..........Some of the minor fluctuation could just be water weight......

@nirupama you have the answer to the question you asked!:)
Continue checking your weight gain and post here, please.

I need to increase my weight that has remained constant at 67 for last 8 years :(

And, with cheese intake @ dinner, my FBS might fall below 100
as you claim to be so, in your case.
Let me try and come back in a week's time.

There are a load of external reasons for weight gain, but we definitely should not forget about the role of metabolic hormones. If you have a healthy diet and do plenty of exercise, yet still cannot seem to shake off that extra weight, then you might have an internal problem. Below you can find four hormone-related reasons for weight gain.
